Engaged: Venue Marketing, Events & Brand Development
Mais provides ongoing marketing support for The Banjo Paterson Inn, helping guide the venue’s marketing direction across both digital and in-venue channels.
Our role spans the venue’s multiple offerings - including bar and restaurants, accommodation, events and functions - ensuring each area of the hotel is supported by clear, consistent marketing. We manage the venue’s digital presence through content creation, social media, website updates and email & SMS marketing, alongside the development of in-venue marketing collateral. Our work also includes the planning and delivery of events, activations and seasonal campaigns.
Recent projects include the launch of the venue’s Corporate Stays packages, positioning the hotel as a destination for corporate retreats and off-site events in the Snowy Mountains. We also supported the development and launch of UNTRACKED, a winter nightlife concept designed to refresh the venue’s evening offering, delivering brand development, creative direction and rollout strategy to support the campaign.
Alongside our marketing efforts, we work closely with the venue’s leadership team to ensure we support each department of the business and aligns with broader operational goals.
The Banjo is a true Snowy Mountains institution, and we’re proud to play a role in helping the venue continue to evolve!
